For the second time in 2013, the Black Talk Media Project has been forced to change the audio servers it leases twice. We hope this will be the last time for some time until we can afford to buy, operate and maintain our own servers instead of leasing one.
This recent change comes as the company we currently lease SHOUTcast/Icecast audio servers from is merging with a new company. This obviously causes the information about our streams to change. As of right now, the station streams for Black Talk Radio Network and Message Music are no longer working on Tune In, iTunes internet radio or any of the other directories and platforms we syndicate content.
Getting the streams working again on those platforms will require those platforms to update the stream information we have sent to them. We do not know how long it will take the other platforms to update. If you were tuning in to the Black Talk Radio Network radio stream using apps for SHOUTcast, you can still tune in with them but will need to update the app by searching for Black Talk Radio Network in their directory. Besides the SHOUTcast apps, you can tune in to the stream via the media players posted on the websites.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
